a nice stay!

prosecco bottle birthday message friendly staff convenient location

Maria at the front desk arranged a prosecco bottle and a birthday message for my mother's birthday. This process was simple, even from the uk, and a payment link was provided. the surprise included additional chocolates and a birthday message displayed on the bed!!! the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location was convenient for visiting major sites.

I could hear noises clearly from other rooms, especially the toilet, and the doors closing were also quite noisy. This became noticeable after a long day.
